From Tech Executive to Certified Professional Coach
I spent nearly 40 years in tech as a developer, engineering manager, product leader, and eventually executive. I helped build great products and led high-performing teams through constant change. I know what it’s like to carry a lot of responsibility, to want more out of your work, and to wrestle with the parts of leadership that don’t come with a playbook.
But over time, I realized success on paper didn’t always translate to meaning in real life. So I made a shift. Now I help other thoughtful professionals lead more fulfilling careers and lives - not by doing more, but by doing what matters.
I’m a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through iPEC, and I bring every bit of my tech, business, and leadership experience into the work I do now.
I also hold a graduate degree in Computer Science and an MBA from NYU - and I recently co-founded the NYC Leadership Collective, a community for leaders who want to create more conscious, human-centered workplaces.
My Methods
No matter which path you take — whether you’re here to level up your leadership, rediscover your purpose, or get unstuck — I keep the process simple and focused.
Each session starts with a clear goal. Together, we define what success looks like for you — and work toward it with clarity and intention.
You’ll leave every session with one of two things: a concrete plan, or a sharper sense of who you are and how you want to move forward. Usually both.
You’ll make real progress — but I won’t sugarcoat this part:
I’ll ask you to dig deep. To show up honestly. To challenge your old stories. This isn’t me handing you answers — though I’ll share experience when it helps. This is about you discovering your own answers, with my questions, intuition, and full-on commitment in your corner.
